The Castello di Razzano has been producing wine in Monferrato for four generations

They are currently present 1600 plants su 7 hectares of surface.

 Since 2021, the estate has had its own oil mill, which guarantees high quality with a very low acidity content and a good level of polyphenols, since the harvest is immediately followed by milling. 

The varieties present are Leccino, taggiasca, Grignan and Pendulum. 

The extra virgin olive oil of the Castle bears the brand “Cardona olive grove”.
